Take a seat, and grab a glass. In this guided, tasting experience, you’ll explore the rich and fascinating history of whiskey—while sipping your way through one of our expertly curated flights. As you taste, our certified Bourbon Stewards will talk you through the full production journey—from grain to glass—including the art, and science of barrel aging and blending. You’ll also learn how to nose, taste, and evaluate whiskey like a seasoned distiller. Flights include five of our signature whiskeys including a special top shelf release. This flavorful crash course lasts approximately one hour.
